Heat Recovery for Adsorption Refrigeration System via Pinch Technology

An adsorption refrigeration system can be driven by low grade heat and uses natural refrigerant with the advantage of reducing greenhouse gases emission. However, one weaknesses is its efficiency more importantly high cost. The recovery internal waste becomes therefore very important in order to improve coefficient performance (COP). Analysis based on pinch technology helpful optimal operation. In this paper, temperature-heat diagrams problem tables for systems are proposed analyzed using Pinch Technology. results show that point located between beds main needs recovered beds. Dynamic characteristic (time factor) resistance recovery. effect temperature difference COP not distinct.
